Foggy Bottom Campus

WAMUNC is hosted on the Foggy Bottom Campus of The George Washington University.

Parking on Campus

GW has three parking garages on its Foggy Bottom campus at the Science and Engineering Hall, the Elliott School of International Affairs, the University Student Center, and the G St. Garage. Visit GW’s parking policies for further information.

Airports & Rail Connections

Washington, DC is connected by three airports: Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). IAD and DCA have direct Metro connections to Foggy Bottom Metro, with DCA being the closest of the airports. Delegations travelling through BWI can connect to the DC Metro through Amtrak, MARC, or by car.

Union Station (WAS) is the primary Amtrak station for Washington, DC, and offers direct access to the Washington Metro for further travel to Foggy Bottom and the wider DC metro area.

Public Transporation

Foggy Bottom-GWU is the closest metro station to Foggy Bottom campus, located right outside The George Washington University Hospital and providing quick access to GW’s campus.

GW’s Foggy Bottom Campus is also accessible via the C85, D10, D74, D80, D82, and A58 WMATA Metrobus lines.
